Andrew Arthurs
Crew Juniors Executive Director

With extensive experience as a player, coach, and senior administrator, Andrew brings a unique blend of expertise to The Crew Juniors.

After receiving his Masters in Sport Management from The Ohio State University, Andrew directed the club services department in the OSU Athletic Department for nearly four years - a position that managed the sales and service of the seat license, club seat, and suite programs in Ohio Stadium and the Jerome Schottenstein Center - programs that generated nearly $40 million dollars for the department.

Andrew then joined The Crew as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Under his leadership, the organization increased both season and group sales numbers, improved efficiency in both ticket and corporate sales areas, formed critical partnerships in the soccer and business communities, and implemented programs that have been critical to The Crew's mission to connect with the soccer community more effectively.

During his prep career, Andrew was twice named All Ohio and was a member of the ODP state team for four years. His standout career at Bowling Green State University continued as a four-year letterman and two-time captain for the nationally ranked Falcons.

Upon his return to Central Ohio, Andrew helped guide teams to four Ohio South State Cup titles. Andrew also returned to Westerville North as the head coach in 1995 and in 11 years has already had one of the most successful careers in the history of Ohio high school soccer. Five appearances in the Ohio Division I finals - with two titles - has been the standard for all divisions over the past decade. In addition to building teams that have finished in the nation's Top 25 twice, Andrew's career record of 172-36-28 includes 7 league titles, 9 district titles, 5 regional titles, and 2 state championships. Andrew resides in New Albany with his wife Shanda and son Zachary.
